I am a hardworking and ambitious individual with a great passion for technology, business, and the IT industry. I have finished my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Leeds with a First. I have strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills, enabling me to interact with a wide range of people. I am always eager to be challenged to grow and improve further. My greatest passion in life is using my technical know-how to create innovations that will benefit humanity and organizations as a whole. I am seeking to do just that, by taking advantage of any knowledge, tools, and experience at my disposal, whether in self-employment or organizations.
I have developed novel approaches and innovative ideas that I believe can improve our society and my dream is to apply them using the skills I will acquire in future workplaces. I have acquired my MBA at the University Of Limassol, seeking to acquire managerial and leadership skills, that combined with my technical know-how and creativity, will leave me well-prepared to become not only a manager but a leader and innovator.
Currently, I am feeling excited and ready to take the next step in my career.
My problem-solving mindset:
From a childhood age, I have always looked up to the great Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, that to this day are known for their ingenuity and creating products that have changed entirely how our world operates. Having grown up with a dream to do the same, I have started focusing on self-improvement and dedication from an early age. Since then I have been focusing on expanding my horizons and knowledge to the utmost possible extent in every aspect I could think of. I have taken on multiple extra-curricular activities and hobbies, aimed to, and achieved academic excellence at my secondary education and university, as well as sharpened my public speaking and presentational skills by attending events such as EYP and MEDI MUN.
To accompany my skillsets and knowledge, I have also aimed to adopt a preservational and self-improving psychological mindset using structured and constructive thinking to be able to gauge my capabilities and perceive myself. By questioning my actions and their consequences to understand more about myself, pinpointing mistakes, not letting myself make excuses, and instantly setting goals to fix them, I assist myself in building a robust problem-solving mindset that can withstand stress, as well as motivate me to never stop improving. My way of thinking is also constructive in the way that I keep constructing and improving thoughts and logical rules that I follow in my daily life as well as in a work environment. For example, the current evidence in my life pinpoints that a certain way to do something is best, but then a case appears where a different approach is more efficient. When this occurs I study the new case and derive new conclusions that will result in an amendment of my constructed logical rules that I will keep following until a new case provides more information. This way, I research my way into learning more about myself, and the world, and build a database in my mind where the best course of action known is applied, while also being open to new, improved approaches. This combined with my strict personal rule to always rigorously study and research everything before acting, allows me to make calculated informed decisions, maximize benefits, and outsmart or outdo competitors in competitive contexts.
The knowledge and skills provided by my MBA undoubtedly assist me in any of my future endeavours as they are bound to be industrial. I have developed novel approaches and innovative ideas in my mind that I believe can improve our society and my dream is to apply them using the skills I acquire in future workplaces.
